The Human Behind the Work
I am a product manager, a mentor, and someone who has always been more interested in getting things right than getting things done fast.

My Story
My path into product management was not a straight line. I worked in environments without clear product vision or well-funded discovery — where expectations were contradictory and figuring out what a product actually needed took persistence.
That experience shaped how I think: ask uncomfortable questions early, earn alignment through reasoning rather than seniority, and take the unglamorous parts of the work seriously.
Courage for PM grew out of writing about these experiences.
How I Work
I am not a fast-answer person. If something does not make sense, I will say so. If the reasoning behind a decision is weak, I would rather slow down and work through it than build something fragile.
Intellectual honesty is what makes mentoring useful. There is no value in validating an approach that has real problems.
I also focus heavily on tradeoffs. Every decision gives something up — speed vs. quality, reach vs. depth, customer requests vs. actual user needs.
Who I Work With
I work best with PMs who want to think better, not just move faster.
Often they are at an inflection point — early in their career and building foundations, or more experienced and re-evaluating habits that no longer serve them. They are prepared, open to challenge, and willing to examine their assumptions.
I also work with founders and team leads stepping into product responsibility for the first time.
If you are looking for validation, I am not the right fit. If you want honest engagement with where you are, we will work well together.
Life Beyond the Screen
Outside of work, I spend weekends on mountain trails — mountain biking resets both body and mind. The gym is a daily anchor. And if I have to start a morning without an Earl Grey tea I might get a bit grumpy.
I am deeply interested in psychology, especially psychodynamics — how unconscious patterns shape behaviour, and what drives conflict, resistance, or silence in teams. It started as curiosity and became a lens I apply to almost everything.
If any of this resonates, let's find out if we are a good fit.
No agenda needed. Share a bit about where you are and I will reach out.
